I am delighted to be a part of the team here at Breast Rehab for the past 3 years and to use the skills I honed in this clinic to inform my breast cancer rehab research to make getting back to doing what you love a breeze. With my background as a physiotherapy assistant, fitness instructor and kinesiologist, I developed a deep understanding of the changes that happen to your body because of different types of breast treatment. I've seen which breast treatment strategies work well and which don't. I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree and investigating the changes people have after going through breast surgery & breast cancer treatment.

My goal as a researcher is to demonstrate the lasting effects of these treatments to improve future treatment options to minimize disability afterwards and get you back to your life as early as possible. Here at Breast Rehab, I work to translate cutting edge research into blog posts, and provide the clinicians with current literature and best practices as they come out of the world of research. I can't wait to help inform your journey of getting back to doing what you love!
